How it works
How are points calculated?
Points are based on the amount paid after reward discounts, rounded down to a whole point. At 20 points per dollar, a $10 payment earns 200 points. Tips count too.
Can points cover the full order?
At least $0.50 remains payable through Stripe. Rewards are applied in whole-cent amounts, and any unused points stay in your account.
What happens with refunds?
Refunded purchases reverse the related earned points. Redeemed points are returned proportionally for completed refunds. Adjustments appear in your reward activity.
Can points be withdrawn?
No. Points are store rewards, not a withdrawable cash balance.
